MailHive is a business outreach workspace. You may use it only for lawful, relevant communications to recipients you are permitted to contact.

Your responsibilities

You must verify contact information and factual claims, identify yourself accurately, maintain a valid postal address, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, and platform rules. You may not use purchased or scraped lists in violation of law or source terms.

Human review

AI and templates can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every message before sending. MailHive does not guarantee lead accuracy, deliverability, responses, or business results.

Connected accounts

You authorize MailHive to perform only the actions covered by the scopes you grant. You can disconnect Google at any time. You are responsible for the security of your account and connected services.

Availability and limits

The service may enforce send caps, suspend risky activity, or disable access needed to protect recipients, infrastructure, or other users. Features may depend on third-party services.
